Our Ministry |
Our martial arts ministry seeks to give glory
to one Master: the Lord Jesus Christ. It is our intention to
reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to disciple
those who participate through devotions, prayer, fellowship, and
character-instruction.

|
Marital Art Style |
We teach defensive fighting arts.
Students earning belts are required to advance in a
traditional martial art to 1st Dan (first degree) black
belt. The Club teaches the traditional art of Moo Duk Kwan
Tae Kwon Do/Ching Sai Doas well as the reality-based mixed martial art
known as the Defensive Fighting Art
of the Peaceful Tiger which emphasizes
street-effective, self-defense/self-protection and escape
methods selected from a broad range of
martial arts styles. Belts are awarded through the
Club
and the BBFI.Sport-fighting is not taught in the Club.
|
|
Training Philosophy |
The training philosophy of the Club
is to teach personal discipline in life. We use the martial
arts as a vehicle to teach reverence for God and the Bible,
love and respect for others, personal humility, obedience to
appropriate authority, and honesty. We seek to inspire the
students to diligence and hard work. We teach our students to
be responsible and self-reliant. Above all, we teach our
students to glorify God in all they say and do.
