FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE BBFI Gives Website a FaceliftNew website to improve customer service and expedite release of announcements07/08/04 Grand Rapids, MI - BBFI announced today that it is updating its website to increase its capabilities to service its customers by a providing a comprehensive description of new service offerings, simplifying feedback pages for customer questions and concerns, expediting release of announcements and posting updated membership, testing, and Instructor certification policies. Website promises to improve customer service to those who are able to access the internet. Michael Murphy, BBFI Vice President stated, "The most valuable resource we have is our customers. Most of our customers have their own martial art schools. With the unveiling of our new website, we are able to provide a directory of our customers. The directory will serve as a means to put each customer in contact with fellow members. This is particularly useful as some schools share similarities in the styles they teach, denominations they practice, and many are located fairly close to one another. Schools planning to host tournaments can refer to the BBFI Directory and extend an invitation to fellow schools in the commutable area. Members can discuss technical issues, seasonal programs, parade participation, and even get together to provide demonstrations for church events. I am excited about the release of our new website. I am looking forward to seeing our schools share and learn from one another." The website has been under construction for quite sometime. BBFI is ready for its customers to begin use of its new website immediately. Customers are encouraged to check the What's New page for updates every two weeks. For More Information Contact: |
